Description :We are seeking an experienced Pay-Per-Click Sales Manager to lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the Inside Sales Team, developing and implementing sales strategies, sales coaching and overseeing daily operations. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.

- Lead and mentor a PPC-focused inside sales team of 5+ members, driving consistent sales target achievements and high performance through strategic coaching and active participation in sales calls
- Build and scale a new PPC sales channel serving BizIQ’s 36,000+ SMB customer base while driving monthly PPC revenue via deal strategy and pipeline management.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize lead quality and volume and maintain deep PPC product knowledge, including Performance Max and campaign ROI frameworks, to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Conduct assessments and reviews to boost team productivity, and implement performance targets focusing on speed, efficiency, and successful PPC conversions.
- Regularly analyze performance data to identify training needs and deliver targeted coaching, fostering team motivation and retention through incentive programs.
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and CRM hygiene.
- Present company services effectively to clients using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides with an on-camera presence and participate in special projects that support team and company objectives.
- Strong coaching skills, using data to identify performance challenges and providing actionable development plans for PPC sales.
- Proven ability to collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored digital marketing strategies to achieve them.
- Skilled in addressing client concerns and coordinating across teams to deliver timely, effective PPC solutions.
- Adept at building rapport and trust with clients and team members, approaching interactions with empathy.
- Exceptional communicator able to clearly convey complex PPC information in client-facing and internal discussions.
- Confident presenter with a track record of creating and delivering persuasive marketing proposals and PPC recommendations.
- Excellent negotiator, capable of finding mutually beneficial solutions while advancing company sales goals.
- Over 5 years of experience as an inside sales leader, successfully managing teams of 4 or more representatives.
- Previous experience selling PPC packages to SMB clients in the $300–$2,500+ / month range.
- Essential expertise in digital marketing and PPC, with a preference for candidates holding Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
- Background with bid strategies, match types, PMax, remarketing, demographics and attribution.
- Experience with PPC KPIs to include CPA, ROAS, CPL, Conversions, CPC and Impression Share.
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
