Position SummaryThe Senior Capital Account Manager is responsible for selling process and wastewater capital equipment and solutions to assigned industrial markets that are critical to the organization in terms of sales volume or market share growth. The role serves as the single point of contact for customers in an assigned territory (West), focusing on driving revenue and client retention by building consultative relationships, understanding customer industry and business needs, and offering bold and innovative solutions.
CoreResponsibilities & Tasks
- Contact both new and existing customers to sell new and recurring business
- Create and deliver quotes and proposals to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Accurately record information in CRM for forecasting
- Stay up to date on company and customer technology to remain a trusted partner and influence bid specifications
- Facilitate new customer engagements (webinars, lunch & learns, trade shows, etc.)
- Handle extremely complex sales of products and services; utilize strong knowledge of products, services, and industry to evaluate and recommend best solutions to customers

Education:
BS/BA or Masters in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience - Knowledge &
Experience:- 10+ years of sales experience with wastewater treatment industry experience
- Intra-departmental communication for purpose of alignment and information sharing
- Advanced individual contributor with mastery of sales techniques
- Strong communication skills
- Utilize industry knowledge to recommend updates or changes to product/service offering
- Ability to complete sales with no supervision
- Proven ability to identify and cultivate sales from new and/or existing customers
- Acceptable driving record to be insurable for driving company business
- Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
50% to 60% travel required.
Salary & BenefitsEstimated salary range: $120,000 to $135,000 plus sales incentives. The starting pay will depend on multiple factors such as skills, experience, and work location.
