Essential Functions of the Connectivity Sales Lead RoleOversee and coach a team of sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed wireless internet sales goals across assigned territories.
Design and execute strategic sales plans that drive customer acquisition and expand market penetration within residential telecom segments.
Monitor team performance using CRM platforms, analyze sales metrics, and generate accurate revenue forecasts to inform campaign decisions.
Host recurring team sessions focused on product updates, outreach techniques, and performance optimization to strengthen execution.
Partner with marketing and operations teams to refine the sales funnel, improve conversion rates, and elevate the customer experience.
Maintain a structured and brand-compliant sales environment that supports operational efficiency and reflects campaign standards.
Provide hands-on leadership to support daily sales targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks through expert product guidance and team alignment.
