In this role, the Sales Operations Associate will develop organizational and communication skills by assisting management with daily tasks, helping to ensure every customer interaction is seamless and positive.

As an Sales Operations Associate, you’ll be equipped through training to handle the details that define great service. The Sales Operations Associate learns Quantum Fiber’s platform inside out, supports accurate enrollments, and helps ensure every step of the customer journey—from sign-up to speed test—is as seamless as the connection itself.

  • Support sales operations by coordinating schedules, preparing documentation, and streamlining workflows tied to Quantum Fiber’s sales services.

  • Assist campaign delivery by collaborating with teams to execute marketing initiatives and enrollment programs for fiber internet and wireless solutions.

  • Track progress by monitoring timelines, compiling reports, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met for Quantum Fiber sales campaigns.

  • Ensure compliance through accurate CRM data entry, documentation, and adherence to Quantum Fiber’s reporting standards.

  • Participate in training to strengthen communication, sales, and organizational skills aligned with telecom enrollment processes.

  • Contribute to engagement strategies by supporting sales campaigns, analyzing performance feedback, and driving improvements in service quality.
