At Bright Home Energy, we would be nothing without our successful sales team. Were seeking appointment setters to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. Thelead setter will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and public speaking skills. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, its essential that our appointment settersbe personable and professional.

• Set quality appointments with homeowners through door-to-door canvassing, social media, and vendor events
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Attend team correlation meetings throughout the week
• Willing to work weekends and evenings

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Personal integrity

• Sell a product that is literally making the world a better place and helping homeowners save money
• Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives : cash, trips, prizes
