Business Development Representative – Roofing Phoenix, AZ — $20/hour + commission (earn more based on performance)

As we head into the new year,
American Roofing & Waterproofing is expanding and looking for a motivated, outgoing Business Development Representative to help bring new customers and fresh ideas to the table.

• Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and creative strategies

• Bring fresh ideas to help grow our residential and commercial customer base

• Represent American Roofing & Waterproofing professionally in the community and in the field

• Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business partners

• Track leads and activity using Accu Lynx and Company Cam

• Communicate effectively using Microsoft tools and Gmail

• Motivated, outgoing, and confident personality

• Strong communication and people skills

• Roofing knowledge is a plus (or willingness to learn quickly)

• Experience with
  Accu Lynx, Company Cam, Microsoft, and Gmail preferred

• Fast learner with a positive, growth-minded attitude

• Comfortable going out in the field and representing the company

• $20/hour base pay + commission

• Company truck, phone, and gas card
