Role:
Territory Account Specialist supporting key healthcare accounts in assigned regions through personalized, strategic engagement.
- navigate account challenges
- develop territory plans to align priorities and drive product demand
- collaborate with internal teams and healthcare providers
- utilize market insights and digital tools to optimize customer engagement
- deliver seamless access support via Patient Specialty Services
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or complex sales sectors with large, dispersed accounts
- proven success in customer engagement and account management
- ability to travel 60-80% within territory
- valid driver’s license
- experience across therapeutic areas
- familiarity with market access, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, and product launches
- field-based role in biopharma with emphasis on healthcare provider engagement, complex sales, and omni-channel strategies
- remote/field
- extensive travel expected
