Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys' first commercial product targeting hypertension and related conditions, including CKD and OSA.
Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive territory plans
- Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys' highly selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor
- Build trusted customer relationships
- Drive product adoption
- Analyze market trends
- Meet sales goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, reimbursement, and regional leadership to optimize launch success and gain market insights
- Maintain high standards of compliance, integrity, and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical sales with specialty experience preferred
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Strong clinical and scientific communication skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- Experience in cardiometabolic or specialty launch environments
- Focus on hypertension, CKD, OSA, biologic-like oral therapy, post-approval launch, and cross-functional collaboration
Fully remote, with significant travel within territory.
