Field-based Neurology Account Director managing institutional accounts for Regeneron's C5 inhibitor in neuromuscular centers, focusing on launch and market development for generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG).
Responsibilities- develop account strategies for ~10-12 AMCs
- navigate institutional buying processes
- lead formulary and pathway submissions
- build relationships with neurology KOLs
- coordinate market access activities; track KPIs and provide business insights.
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
- 10-12+ years in pharma/biotech institutional sales, market access, or account management with experience in hospital/AMC formulary processes, neurology, or rare diseases
- clinical acumen for neuromuscular therapeutics essential
- proficiency with CRM and analytics tools
- experience with infusion biologics, neuromuscular markets, and relationships with neurology leaders
- neurology/neuroimmunology
- rare neuromuscular disease
- biologic launch
- hospital/outpatient infusion settings
- formulary and market access expertise
- significant travel (60-70%)
- residence within the South Central U.S. (TX, AR, LA)
- remote; travel within territory.
