. We are seeking highly motivated, money-driven "hunters" to join our Redline Sales Team
. This is not a standard roofing sales job; this is a high-velocity, direct-to-consumer (D2D) role focused on a disruptive product that saves homeowners thousands of dollars compared to a full roof replacement.

If you have the grit to knock doors and the skills to close, you will be paid extremely well.

We operate on the Redline Model. This means we don't wait for leads to call us—we go out and create the market.

You will be trained to identify homes with aging asphalt shingles and pitch GoNano as the smart, eco-friendly alternative to a $20,000+ replacement.

You are the tip of the spear, generating your own leads through door-to-door canvassing and immediate sit-down presentations.

• Door-to-Door Prospecting: Aggressively canvas assigned territories to identify homeowners with roofs that are candidates for rejuvenation.
• Consultative Selling: Perform roof inspections and demonstrate the value of GoNano technology (extends roof life, increases curb appeal, fraction of the cost of replacement).
• The "Redline" Pitch: Deliver a high-energy, persuasive presentation to homeowners on the spot.
• Qualification: Determine if a roof qualifies for the GoNano process (asphalt shingle, structurally sound) or if it requires a traditional replacement.
• Closing: Overcome objections and close deals on the spot using company financing options and value stacking.
• Pipeline Management: Track leads, follow up with undecided homeowners, and manage your sales funnel via our CRM.

We believe in paying top dollar for top performance. Our commission structure is designed to reward volume and resilience.

When you sell a GoNano Roof Rejuvenation on an average-sized roof (2,000 sq. ft.), you will earn a flat commission of $1,000+ per sale.

Note:

Commission scales higher for larger roofs on the redline.

Not every roof qualifies for rejuvenation. If you inspect a roof, it fails the GoNano criteria, and you pivot the homeowner to a Traditional Roof Replacement
, you will earn a commission of 8% of the total job revenue.

Example:
On a $20,000 replacement job, you earn $1,600.

• Weekly gas stipends for top performers.
• "Redline" bonuses for hitting weekly volume targets (e.g., 5+ sales in a week).
• Fast-start bonus for your first 10 sales.

• Drive: Must be self-motivated and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal skills; must be able to speak clearly and confidently to homeowners.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude (Redline mentality).
• Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Availability: Must be available for afternoon/evening hours (peak door-knocking time) and Saturdays.
• Tech: Must own a smartphone/tablet for presentations and CRM usage.
