Role
Regional Business Director, Southwest, leading commercialization and launch efforts for Cretostimogene in bladder cancer.
Responsibilities- build and oversee a high-performing Uro-Oncology Key Account Management team
- develop and execute regional business and account strategies
- achieve sales and incentive targets
- drive market adoption through stakeholder engagement
- collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other teams
- manage regional budget and ensure compliant, patient-centric commercialization
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical sales/marketing
- minimum 5 years of sales leadership
- biotech/pharma US launch experience
- expertise in complex healthcare ecosystems including IDNs, academic centers, and private networks
- strong stakeholder engagement and team development skills
- willingness to travel up to 75%
- entrepreneurial mindset
- exceptional communication
- strategic and hands-on execution abilities
focus on bladder cancer, immunotherapy, early launch phase, with emphasis on strategic account development and cross-functional collaboration in a remote, high-visibility environment with significant travel.
ReportingReporting to the Associate VP of Sales, based remotely within close proximity to Dallas, Houston, Austin, or Arizona.
