As a Large Construction Project Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving IMCOR's growth by managing relationships, closing sales, and promoting our HVAC and plumbing services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Meet or exceed annual sales goals for HVAC and plumbing service and maintenance agreements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing account management and contract renewals.
• Promote all aspects of IMCOR’s services, including repair, replacement, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Act as a professional role model, setting high standards in work habits, appearance, and client interactions.
• Partner with HVAC and Plumbing Service Supervisors to ensure successful project execution and technical support.
• Work closely with dispatch, coordinators, and accounting teams to streamline processes.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to track trends and remain competitive.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
• Monitor job-site performance for quality control and collect client feedback.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or related industries.
• A solid understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic planning and project management proficiency.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
