The JR Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. This position focuses on supporting sales efforts by identifying prospective business customers, conducting outreach in-person meetings, and qualifying leads. The JR Sales Executive will assist in preparing proposals and quotes, explaining service options, and helping customers understand the benefits of different connectivity and VoIP solutions. Day-to-day activities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up on leads, coordinating with senior sales team members, and contributing to overall sales targets.

This role also involves learning product offerings, staying current on carrier promotions, and providing professional, customer-centered communication throughout the sales process.

• Strong interest in business-to-business (B2B) sales, with the ability to learn and explain internet, wireless and mobility solutions clearly.
• Solid communication skills, including professional verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Demonstrated customer service mindset, with a focus on problem-solving, follow-through, and providing a positive experience for prospective and existing clients.
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with outbound outreach, including cold calling and prospecting, and a willingness to meet or exceed sales activity goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage, especially in technology or telecommunications, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
