- Execute quarterly business objectives that achieve procedural and disposable sales revenue targets within the assigned geographic territory.
- Lead post-sale installation, implementation, and adoption of the Van Gogh™ System in collaboration with health system partners and the Cell Tivity internal support team.
- Educate physicians and clinical staff on the proper use of the Van Gogh™ technology, including intra-procedural guidance and best practices.
- Lead clinical and technical product demonstrations as part of the sales process, ensuring customers can achieve optimal clinical and economic outcomes.
- Maintain an up-to-date territory business plan with accurate procedural volume and sales forecasting.
- Partner with the Capital Sales Team on key strategic sales activities to maximize Van Gogh™ system capital and disposable sales.
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all Cell Tivity Scientific products, services, and relevant industry and market trends.
- Participate in customer business reviews with leadership to track program performance and identify growth opportunities.
The Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) is a field-based role responsible for driving adoption and utilization of the Van Gogh™ Microscopy System within an assigned territory in Phoenix, AZ. The CSA supports post-sale installation, ensures clinical success, and leads procedural disposable sales.
