Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is looking for amotivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team.

If you enjoy talking with customers, solving problems, learning how things work, and helping people find the right product

You'll work with customers in manufacturing, construction, industrial, and OEM industries
, helping them find products, prepare quotes, place orders, and solve day-to-day product and order challenges.

We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, organized, curious, and willing to learn.

• Work directly with customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Answer product questions and help customers identify the right products for their needs.
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and follow up with customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted resource.
• Research product availability, pricing, and lead times.
• Work with Purchasing and suppliers to locate specialty or hard-to-find products.
• Follow up on quotes and customer opportunities.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Branch teams to ensure customers receive excellent service.
• Identify additional products or solutions that may benefit customers.
• Resolve customer questions and order issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in our ERP system.
• Learn our products, applications, and industry through hands-on training and daily experience.

• Previous inside sales, customer service, sales support, manufacturing, distribution, construction, purchasing, estimating, or related experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable talking with customers by phone and email.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to learn technical products and understand how they are used.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with an ERP or order-entry system is a plus, but not required.
• Fastener or industrial product experience is a plus, but not required.
