Enterprise BD Lead

Remote (USA) | Up to $180k base + bonus + equity

We're working with one of the fastest-growing infrastructure companies in digital assets, helping financial institutions securely manage digital assets at enterprise scale.

Following significant growth, they're doubling down on the US market and looking for a senior commercial operator to lead strategic enterprise relationships across fintech, payments and digital assets.

They're looking for someone who can generate pipeline, open the right doors, build Tier 1 relationships, manage strategic partnerships and advisors, and become the commercial quarterback for the business.

You'll be responsible for

• Building relationships with banks, fintechs, payment companies and digital asset firms
• Opening and closing strategic enterprise opportunities
• Generating pipeline across the US market
• Managing key partnerships and industry advisors
• Working closely with leadership, product and engineering to shape commercial strategy
• Representing the business at major industry events

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in enterprise business development or partnerships
• 4+ years within payments or fintech
• Ideally experience working where fintech and stable coins intersect
• Strong network across financial institutions and payment infrastructure
• Track record of opening complex enterprise accounts and managing long sales cycles
• High ownership mindset and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup

This is a complex technical product, so they're looking for someone who can quickly build credibility with sophisticated customers while translating customer needs back into the business.
