Senior Commercial Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Commercial Lead to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will drive strategic commercial partnerships and customer engagement across key accounts in the animal health market. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to execute impactful programs, strengthen relationships with partner organizations, and deliver revenue growth and market share expansion. The position also plays a visible external role, representing the organization at regional and national meetings while aligning account plans to customer objectives and financial targets.

Location:

Remote
Compensation: $130,000 – $200,000 annually

• Serve as a trusted ambassador to key customer organizations and partner stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute events and partner engagements
• Represent the organization at regional and national partner meetings
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with partner leaders
• Support account plans to meet customer objectives and financial targets
• Lead innovative programs designed to drive revenue and market share
• Use CRM systems to identify growth opportunities and strengthen account strategy

• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) preferred
• 10+ years of sales experience
• Proven track record in sales and/or strategic account management
• Animal health experience, particularly in companion animal veterinary medicine, preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, , and Tableau
• Willingness to travel extensively and work weekends as needed
