Consulting Sales Representative - FS

We are looking for an experienced Consulting Sales Representative for Oracle’s marketing leading Financial Services Products in the space of Banking, Lending & Leasing, Risk & Compliance Analytics and Insurance Applications.

This role is responsible for selling Oracle's Consulting Services in the North America to Banks and Financial Services Industry

• Leading sales efforts for Oracle consulting services into named accounts within the Financial Services Industry.
• Identifying&developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts within North America with named accounts
• Create Sales strategies, Account Plans and sales plans for the assigned accounts
• Present the service offerings to C level executives by understanding their needs, budget and decision making process
• Building pipeline for achieving the quota
• Working closely with software license reps to build joint strategies and be the partner of choice for implementations
• Building relationships within the larger Oracle eco system to provide a comprehensive Consulting solution to clientsto foster long term business.
• Enabling existing relationships with clients to cross sell and upsell services around FS Software
• Working with partners for joint implementations
• Negotiate complex contracts and navigate long sales cycles
• Create compelling sales proposals

• 10+ years of sales experience within the financial services industry
• Established sales relationships with East Coast financial/banking firms
• Successful track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas
• Should be self-driven and motivated
• Ability to navigate through complex deals and negotiate large size deals
• Excellent communication skills
