There are more college esports programs than we can reach today. This role builds the top of the pipeline so closing time goes to qualified conversations.

• Research colleges and their esports programs, and find the right contacts.
• Write and send personalized outreach by email and Linked In.
• Run short qualification calls covering program size, games, budget timing and who decides.
• Hand qualified opportunities to the account executive or founder with clear notes.
• Keep the CRM accurate: contacts, stage, next step and follow-up date.

• You have done outreach, research or sales development and can show what you personally sourced or booked.
• You write short, specific emails.
• You are organized and follow up on time.

• College esports or athletics.
• CRM tools and list building.
• Familiarity with competitive games.

• Researched contacts are accurate and current.
• Outreach goes out every week, and every reply is followed up.
• Handed-off opportunities are qualified and come with complete notes.
• The CRM matches reality.

$22–$30/hour Plus written incentives. Where you land in the range depends on experience. Final terms are confirmed in writing.

We’re building toward a connected platform for player development, expert talent, and competition across games. We are a small, remote team. You work directly with the founder, take responsibility for defined outcomes, and use evidence to improve the product and the customer experience.
