Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay (average $18 – $20/hr depending on site and shift), and the option of Daily Pay for employees.

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Complete screening process including background check and drug screening
• Quick thinking and adaptability to changing situations
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
