Job Description
Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Special Security Response Officer (SRO). The SRO will perform customer service, patrols, surveillance and other duties depending on the day and event, adapting quickly to changing situations.
Guard Card Required.

- Available to work all shifts any day of the week and cover shifts as needed
- Monitor premises to ensure security
- Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
- Valid Arizona Guard License (Required)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Required)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass extensive screening process
- High customer service mentality and comfortable with technology
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Responsive and strong problem solving skills
- Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better
