WhatYou'll Do
- Patrol hotel premises and respond to incidents and requests
- Monitor surveillance cameras and access points
- Enforce hotel policies, maintain order, and address disturbances
- Respond to and document accidents, safety hazards, and security breaches
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests
- Investigate suspicious activity and trespassing
- Cooperate with local authorities regarding security matters
- Perform security checks and maintain records
- Must be able to work Friday, & Saturday
- Previous security experience in hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of incident response protocols
- Strong communication, reporting, and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work varied shifts
- De-escalation, self-defense, and restraint tactics a plus
- Professional appearance and integrity are crucial
