PRO EM National Event Services is looking for guard-carded security guards for immediate part-time opportunities. This "work when you want to work" position offers flexible hours and pay up to you.

• Watch for irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations; contact emergency responders (police, fire, ambulance) as required.
• Remain alert for unauthorized persons and security code violators; approach suspicious persons and/or notify police as appropriate; may confront and detain violators until police arrive.
• Patrol assigned area on foot or in motor vehicle to ensure personnel, building, and equipment security.
• Examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure security; use client keys to open and close buildings; monitor closed buildings for unauthorized persons and suspicious activities.
• Prepare routine, standardized reports.
• Provide escorts as necessary.
• Inform and warn violators of rule infractions (loitering, smoking, forbidden articles).

• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to walk and climb stairs for extended periods.
• Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
• Understand and apply numerous policies and procedures with discretion.
• Maintain accurate records.
• React appropriately in emergency situations.
• Ability to work solo posts (overnight shifts only).

• Must have a current AZ Guard Card.
• Applicants subject to pre-employment background screening.
• No felonies and no misdemeanors in last 5 years.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Unarmed Security Guard = $15.50 per hour.
• Overnight Unarmed Security Guard = $17.00 per hour.
• Unarmed Guard Supervisor = $18.00 per hour.
