Pay: $45 per hour

• Maintain a high level of visibility to deter illegal or inappropriate actions.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle across designated areas.
• Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents and critical situations.
• Represent Metro One and our clients with integrity and strong interpersonal skills.

• Must be a current or retired Law Enforcement Officer, contingent on state requirement standards.
• Flexible schedule required; weekend availability for events is essential.
• Must have or be willing to obtain AZ Armed Guard Card
• Must have valid, up-to-date identification for I‑9 form upon completion.
• Ability to stand and maintain a post for 8 hours or longer.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
