Job Summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.

• Patrol Duties – Conduct regular patrols to deter and detect criminal activity or breaches.
• Access Control – Provide and enforce security protocols for all assigned facilities.
• Incident Response – Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms; provide first aid if necessary.
• Customer Service – Assist patients and employees, address concerns, and provide directions.
• Enforcement – Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe environment.

• Required
  • 21 years of age.
  • Consent to a criminal background check.
  • Valid identification.
• Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in security.
• Physical Requirements
  • Can lift 25 pounds.
  • Ability to travel between store locations.
