Cobra Arcade Bar is hiring experienced Bouncers and Security Guards to join our nightlife security team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in bar security, building security, nightclub security, or prior work as a bouncer at busy entertainment venues.

Our venue features retro arcade games, DJs, and high-energy weekend crowds—so we're looking for professionals who can manage guest flow, enforce policies, and maintain a safe, fun environment.

Note: This role is not suitable for candidates with cybersecurity or construction security backgrounds. We're specifically seeking experience in bouncer, bar, or event security roles.

• Check government-issued IDs at the entrance to verify age and prevent underage access.
• Monitor entry/exit points and maintain physical security of the venue.
• Enforce Arizona liquor laws and venue policies with professionalism.
• Manage guest behavior and respond to incidents calmly and efficiently.
• Support host and bar staff with crowd control and conflict resolution.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bouncer, Bar Security, or Nightclub Security personnel.
• Proven experience managing entry checkpoints and handling s.
• Comfortable with high-volume environments and late-night hours.
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and able to remain composed under pressure.
• Knowledge of Arizona liquor laws.

• Host or doorperson experience at bars or clubs.
• Training in conflict de-escalation or customer service.
• Background in building security or other nightlife venues.
