Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer - Financial Patrol Agent in Phoenix, AZ
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as financial institutions. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution setting, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and interact with staff and visitors to foster a secure environment. - Pay Rate: $22.58 / Hour
- Job Schedule: Mon – Fri: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, problem‑solving.
- Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
- Observe and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual occurrences.
- Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and site representatives to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and other relevant information.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entries and verifying IDs when necessary.
- Proof of high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Two or more years of experience in law enforcement, military, or corrections.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- Background investigation as per federal, state, and local laws.
- Drug screen as permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
