Security Guard - Event Security; Unarmed

Fuze HR Solutions is hiring Unarmed Security Guards for large-scale event security across the Phoenix valley. Our events include major university football games, concerts, and live entertainment. Shifts are scheduled around event dates, so this is a good fit for anyone who wants flexible, weekend-friendly work without a fixed weekly commitment.

We staff events throughout the season and pull from our active guard pool first. Apply once and we'll contact you as new opportunities open up.

• Monitor assigned posts and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests
• Check credentials and wristbands and direct guests to the right entrances and areas
• Observe and report incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity to your supervisor
• Communicate clearly by radio with event staff and security leadership
• Assist with crowd flow at entrances, exits, and in common areas
• Provide courteous, professional customer service to every guest

• Active Arizona Unarmed Guard Card. It must be on you at every shift.
• Reliable transportation to event venues
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in varying weather
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working around large crowds
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Clean, tucked-in undershirt (polo provided onsite)
• Tan khaki pants only
• 100% black shoes
• Black belt (radio-capable)

Not permitted: leggings, joggers, cargo pants, drawstring pants, shoestring belts, chairs or stools.

• Pay of $17.00 – $18.50/hr, depending on the event and post
