Starting Pay: $20.00 per Hour

We are seeking a dependable and professional Patrol Security Officer to join our team. This position is responsible for conducting routine patrols, maintaining a secure environment, and providing exceptional customer service while protecting client property and assets. The ideal candidate is observant, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Security Officers serve as the first point of contact for many and play a vital role in creating a positive experience while protecting the community and its residents.

• Conduct vehicle and/or foot patrols of assigned properties.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, security breaches, and safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and resident or client concerns.
• Complete detailed and accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and security procedures.
• Maintain communication with supervisors, clients, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Perform lock-up and unlock procedures when required.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.

• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to remain alert, attentive, and detail-oriented throughout the shift
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and mobile reporting applications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous gatehouse, residential, HOA, or security experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Maintain a professional appearance and always conduct with a great attitude

Available shift is approximately 8
hours and primarily supports morning and evening operations. Scheduling may vary based on business needs and employee availability.

• Full-Time:
• Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Consequently, we have developed a thorough personnel selection process. And since it is highly rigorous, there is a fair amount of dropout.

Another important part of the recruitment process is making sure we are putting the right people in the right location. A security officer who would work great in a distribution facility may not be a good fit for a hospital. Unlike other companies that will place a body wherever there is a space, we take the time to make the proper placement.

Placement is critical. People have a natural desire to succeed and do a good job. If they are placed in the right environment with the right tools, they will succeed. But if they are placed in a mis-patched workplace and or not given the proper tools, then success will be difficult to achieve.
