MMI is an industrial contractor and steel fabricating company based in Mesa, Arizona. MMI has been in business since 1974 and continues to grow each year. We are very proud of the growing team and are looking for individuals to contribute at a very high level.

MMI is looking to hire an Industrial Superintendent to join our TSMC team located in North Phoenix.

The Industrial Superintendent needs to have these qualifications and experience:

  • 5+ years of Millwright and rigging experience in a supervisory role
  • 10+ years of Millwright and rigging in construction and maintenance experience
  • Experience installing or repairing machinery, conveying equipment, tanks, bridge, jib cranes and welding. Fabrication and process piping are a plus
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
  • Able to complete all the tasks expected of a Foreman
  • Ability to manage field crews and equipment to meet budget, schedule and jobsite demands
  • Knowledge and implementation of MSHA, OSHA regulations and jobsite safety protocols
  • Ability to understand job site demand and deadlines

    Make reasonable decisions to put the right crews on the task to meet client demands
  • Must be able to use or learn to use software important to the company for communication planning such as Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
