** What You'll Do:
*** Responsible for the cleaning and preparing construction sites.
* Loads and unloads materials and equipment.
* Builds and takes down scaffolding and temporary structures.
* Digs trenches, compacts earth and backfills holes.
* Operates and tends machinery and heavy equipment.
* Follows instructions from supervisors and implements construction plans.
* Assists skilled tradespeople in their duties.
* Carries duties related to opening and closing the site.
* Maintains site clean and orderly meeting sanitation standards.
* Reads and interprets safety and employment manuals and other work-related documents.
* Assists in an entire team effort.
* Complies and follows all safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly facility.
* Performs other duties as assigned.## What You'll Bring
* Ability to perform physical labor.
* Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
* Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
* Ability to follow directions.
* Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
* Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Good reading skills preferred.
