About the Role

We are seeking licensed
Journeyman and Master Electricians to support our Mission Critical projects in Phoenix, AZ! In this role, you’ll apply your trade expertise across installation, layout, troubleshooting, quality inspections, and ongoing construction activities. You will help guide crew productivity, uphold safety standards, and ensure projects remain on schedule in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

1st - 4th year Apprentices to join our growing team!

Shift

Monday - Friday

Pay

Pay:
Apprentice:$18-35/hr (DOE)
Journeyman:$35-41/hr
Master:$45/hr

Responsibilities
  • Work on large commercial projects (hospitals, universities, hotels, etc.)
  • Perform electrical tasks on active construction sites
  • Troubleshoot, service, and repair existing systems
  • Oversee crew productivity and help maintain workflow efficiency
  • Ensure project schedules and deadlines are consistently met
  • Assist with layout activities and basic material takeoffs
  • Submit trade-related material, tool, and equipment requisitions
  • Perform planned maintenance and system start-ups with proper documentation
  • Conduct quality control inspections
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and diagnose technical issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Follow all company safety standards and policies
Qualifications
  • 1+ year as an Apprentice
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician License required
  • Experience working on commercial projects
  • Experience with ground ups, TIs (tenant renovations), and build outs
  • Experience with MCC's, PLC's, VFD's preferred
  • Strong technical problem-solving ability
  • Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Familiarity with current electrical codes and regulations
  • Ability to keep tools and work areas clean and orderly
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements
  • Work indoors and outdoors, including dusty, noisy, or hazardous environments
  • Work in high places, tight spaces, confined areas, and adverse locations
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Work in all weather conditions
