What You'll Do

• Responsible for the cleaning and preparing construction sites.
• Loads and unloads materials and equipment.
• Builds and takes down scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Digs trenches, compacts earth and backfills holes.
• Operates and tends machinery and heavy equipment.
• Follows instructions from supervisors and implements construction plans.
• Assists skilled tradespeople in their duties.
• Carries duties related to opening and closing the site.
• Maintains site clean and orderly meeting sanitation standards.
• Reads and interprets safety and employment manuals and other work-related documents.
• Assists in an entire team effort.
• Complies and follows all safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly facility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to perform physical labor.
• Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good reading skills preferred.
