Service Technician

$55,000 - $90,000 Annual Salary

A pool service technician provides general maintenance and repair for facilities and equipment on and surrounding a swimming pool which may include electrical, chemical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and cleaning services. Duties would include:

• Maintains and performs minor repairs on pool equipment.
• Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs pool filters per required specifications.
• Provides accurate and timely documentation of all pool services performed using an iPad, provided to you.
• Handles minor fixture adjustments and repairs around the pool.
• Monitors and operates pool process equipment that includes tanks, filters, heating elements, pumps, and vacuum systems.
• Makes needed adjustments to keep system processes, including flows, temperatures, and pressures, within acceptable ranges.
• Operates manual and automatic valves, meters, pumps, and transfer systems that move liquid between tanks and process units.
• Employs standard operating procedures to adjust, maintain, start, and stop production equipment.
• Complies with all company safety and environmental practices.
• Assists with other duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Is aware of safety hazards and applicable safety precautions required in the use of assigned tools and chemicals.
