** What You'll Do...
** Northwest Exterminating is seeking a career-minded Pest Control Technician to be part of a close, efficient team that delivers goods and services to a diverse customer base.  Assist customers with their pest control related concerns.  Complete general pest inspections.  Meet and complete all Platform regulatory safety requirement.  Attend product training sessions and meetings.  Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to grow and build relationships with team members and customers is expected.
** Who You Are...
*** Excellent customer service skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communications
* Bilingual ability in English and Spanish (preferred)
* Comfort with learning and using new technology & software/apps (Pest Pac experience preferred)
* A self-motivated and competitive mindset with a desire to win
* Experience with and examples of problem-solving in a work environment
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritizing multiple tasks, maximizing performance while remaining customer-focused i.e. understanding customers' needs, handling objections, and closing business
* A high school diploma (Associate or higher preferred)
* Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
* Have a valid driver’s license and 3 years of driving experience
