Team Fishel , the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business since 1936, is hiring Crew Leaders f or underground Telecom installation projects in the Phoenix, AZ metro area . The purpose of a Crew Leader at Team Fishel is to manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment, and be accountable for quality and productivity.

Responsibilities:

1. Review plans and permits

2. Establish daily crew goals following project plans

4. Maintain a safe job site

5. Evaluate Teammate performance and provide coaching

6. Communicate effectively with crews, the project team, and customers

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Three years of related experience in construction

2. Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers

3. Backhoe, Trencher Operator experience is desired
