• Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of each project with the Sales Rep, customer, and WTI crew; inspect surroundings, equipment, and tools, and complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form.
• Ensure all project communication is completed before project start, including daily and pre‑project updates with WTI Field Resources Supervisor, weekly or as needed with Sales Rep, crew scope discussions, and customer/client briefings.
• Manage project start and end times, daily productivity, and availability of tools and materials; complete projects according to approved scope of work or specification.
• Use company‑mandated reporting tools to perform end‑of‑day and end‑of‑project walk‑throughs, ensuring workmanship quality and addressing punch list items.
• Ensure WTI Field Resources Reps maintain professional appearance and customer interaction while performing services.
• Order, track, and monitor inventory and complete quarterly cycle counts, submitting reports promptly.
• Provide pricing for self‑performing projects over $12,500 and submit proposals over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval.
• Consult with the Supervisor to resolve employee work‑related issues, and coordinate with HR when necessary.
• Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules and review time reports daily with the admin team.
• Attend all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
• Perform any other duties or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.

• Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug test.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• 30‑hour OSHA certification.
• Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in the roofing industry.
• Familiarity with built‑up, EPDM, PVC, low‑slope, metal, and steep‑slope roofing systems and their proper repair methods.

The salary range for this position is $53,000–$65,000, based on qualifications and experience.
