Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business since 1936, is hiring Crew Leaders for underground Telecom installation projects in the Phoenix, AZ metro area. The purpose of a Crew Leader at Team Fishel is to manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment, and be accountable for quality and productivity.

• 1. Review plans and permits
• 2. Establish daily crew goals following project plans
• 4. Maintain a safe job site
• 5. Evaluate Teammate performance and provide coaching
• 6. Communicate effectively with crews, the project team, and customers

• 1. Three years of related experience in construction
• 2. Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
• 3. Backhoe, Trencher Operator experience is desired
