Role Description

Holly Steel is seeking skilled Field Welders and Erectors for a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Phoenix Area. Responsibilities include performing various welding tasks, installing steel structures, accurately interpreting blueprints, and ensuring safety and compliance on-site. Candidates will contribute to the successful completion of projects by collaborating with the team, maintaining equipment, and adhering to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding techniques
• Experience in general Welding tasks and working with a variety of materials
• Knowledge of installation and structural steel erection best practices
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Physical capability to perform tasks, including lifting and working at heights
• Previous experience in construction or steel fabrication is preferred
• Welding certifications and adherence to OSHA standards are advantageous
