North Phoenix mid‑sized hotel is seeking a person skilled in carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, pool/spa maintenance and minor electrical. We are looking for an individual that has an array of skills to do general maintenance at our hotel. This is a full‑time position, working weekends required. Great job for a retiree!

• Perform maintenance inside hotel rooms, common areas, and outside on the property grounds.
• Work outdoors at pool and spa area and parking lot lights as needed; perform minor irrigation repairs if necessary.
• Repair and replace items in hotel rooms, public areas, and back office areas.
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services.
• Complete work in a timely and efficient manner.

• Flexible shift, 7AM‑3PM generally but can change as business dictates.
• Must be able to work outdoors in hot/cold weather.
• Able to lift, stand, carry tools and equipment; lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, pool/spa care, and electrical work.
• General maintenance and repair knowledge.
• Walk extensively, climb stairs, and share positive attitude with team.
