As a Home Team Termite Technician you will provide exceptional customer service, diagnose and treat pest problems, and maintain a professional presentation—your company truck, tools, and uniform. You’ll also help grow the business by offering additional services and products when appropriate. Our supportive work environment rewards dedication and a strong work ethic.

• Provide excellent customer service to homeowners along your daily route.
• Present a professional and tidy appearance, including company truck, equipment and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when appropriate.
• Maintain valid Registered Technician credentials.
• Attend ongoing pest and termite control training classes as required.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Complete home drawings for termite inspections and provide them to office staff.
• Keep customers informed about treatments and progress.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Termite Technician or pest‑control licensed preferred.
• Construction or manual labor experience preferred.

• Must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations.
• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
