American Roofing & Waterproofing is one of Arizona’s fastest-growing roofing contractors. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial roofing systems, and we’re known for our craftsmanship, professionalism, and team culture. We’re expanding in Phoenix and looking for experienced metal roofing professionals to grow with us.

We are seeking a Metal Roof Fabricator & Installer with at least 5 years of experience. This is a key position on our crew responsible for the custom fabrication and installation of metal roofing systems on a variety of residential and commercial structures.

• Fabrication
• Measure, cut, shape, and join metal sheets to form custom roof components
• Installation
• Install panels, flashing, trim, gutters, and related materials
• Blueprint Reading
• Interpret drawings and specs to ensure precise fabrication and installation
• Material Selection
• Choose appropriate metals (type, gauge) based on project requirements
• Tool Operation
• Safely operate shears, brakes, punches, drills, and welding equipment
• Safety Compliance
• Follow OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols
• Quality Control
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets standards and client expectations
• Team Collaboration
• Work with crew members, foremen, and clients to meet deadlines
• Maintenance & Repairs
• Perform repairs and upgrades on existing metal roofing systems

• 5+ years experience in metal roofing fabrication and installation
• Residential & commercial experience required
• Skilled in standing seam, exposed fastener, and architectural metal systems
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
• Physically able to lift 75+ lbs and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Insurable under company policy
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus
