This is a full-time maintenance technician position with Quartr Living. This is a field maintenance technician position ideal for someone who thrives on variety and independence. Because our communities are smaller, you’ll have the opportunity to complete multiple service requests each day across different properties throughout the Phoenix metro area. Strong time management, organization, and problem‑solving skills are key to success in this mobile, fast‑paced role.

• General Maintenance – Perform a variety of routine and emergency repairs, including routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Service Request Management – Complete work orders promptly and professionally to maintain high resident satisfaction. Interacting with residents to identify, diagnose, repair, and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating systems, appliances, stairs, railings, gas fixtures, carpet, tiles, flooring, etc.
• Preventative Maintenance – Conduct regular inspections and perform scheduled maintenance tasks.
• On‑Call Rotation – Participate in the on‑call schedule for after‑hours maintenance emergencies.
• Inventory & Supplies – Assist in managing inventory and procuring maintenance supplies as needed.
• Team Collaboration – Coordinate closely with the property management team to ensure timely and effective maintenance across properties.

• Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily maintenance or a similar trade.
• EPA Certification (Required).
• CPO Certification (Recommended).
• Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, pool systems, and appliances.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills for logging work and using property management software (App Folio).
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
