Job Details

We are currently seeking a passionate and highly skilled Plumbing Foreman to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to utilize their extensive experience in commercial plumbing and leadership skills to make a significant impact on large‑scale construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all plumbing operations on construction sites, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of plumbing operations on construction sites, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Read, interpret, and work from mechanical and plumbing drawings, plans, and specifications to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the plumbing crew, ensuring that all team members are effectively utilized and work is progressing on schedule.
  • Inspect and test plumbing systems and components to identify and resolve issues, ensuring all systems are functioning properly and comply with all relevant codes and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the plumbing crew, addressing any issues or concerns, and providing solutions to complex problems.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure all plumbing work aligns with the overall project plan.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered, providing regular updates to project managers and other relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Foreman role within the mechanical construction industry.
  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial plumbing, with a strong understanding of commercial and industrial plumbing systems, including hydronic, domestic water, gas piping, and drainage systems.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical and plumbing drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage and coordinate a team of skilled tradespeople.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety at all times.
