Job Title

Experienced Demolition Foreman

Earn $4000-$4960 a month before overtime.

• You MUST have experience as a Foreman in the demolition industry.
• MUST have a Valid Unrestricted Driver’s License—MVR Record will be checked.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Schedules vary. We work nights, days, and weekends if necessary.
• You will be required to lift 50lbs or more, work off ladders and other equipment.
• We expect our leadership to be in the work area with the crew members.

• Scheduling crew members for assigned work.
• Ordering daily tools and dumpsters for the job.
• Following all OSHA guidelines and safe work practices.
• Completing any daily paperwork.
• Reading and comprehending blueprints and job packets.
• Proficiency in understanding an Asbestos Survey.
• Attending required meetings for the assigned projects.
• Mentoring crew members and assisting if needed.
