Fire Sprinkler Foremen

We are currently seeking well-qualified Fire Sprinkler Foremen to join our Phoenix, AZ team. This position is responsible for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems. It also includes tenant improvement (TI) work, new system installation, or retrofits based on our customer’s needs. The role involves repairing a variety of sprinkler systems and valves.

• Lead and manage a team of fire sprinkler technicians and helpers.
• Must have verifiable work experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems. Experience with foam systems and fire pumps is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation of fire sprinkler systems.
• Work safely following OSHA and Firetrol safety policies.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
• Complete detailed reports, documenting issues and reporting work results accurately and timely.
• Work in various occupied settings including commercial, industrial, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and government facilities.
• Maintain a professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially since work is often in occupied buildings.
• Ability to work from mobile app-based phones and tablets (Android and Apple).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Compensation is based on experience.
• Must pass a drug test, background check, and possess a valid license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sprinkler service, with an overall experience of 7 to 10 years preferred.
• Availability to work occasional weekends, nights, and overtime, in addition to regular hours.
