Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation is currently seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our team! We are a high-quality Insulation and full-service home energy efficiency and HVAC contractor serving the greater Phoenix, Arizona, metro region. Be part of our highly trained Residential HVAC Service team! We are looking for someone with residential and/or light commercial experience who is dependable, people oriented, and able to work independently. We pay 100% for your NATE & Mitsubishi Certifications.

HVAC Service Technician - Residential

• 40+ hours per week
• No weekday after hours on-call requirements
• Overtime Available

Pay Range: $70,000 - $150,000 per year. Uncapped earning potential

• Performing service and maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment
• Consulting customer on repairs and indoor air quality needs
• Providing excellent customer service
• Once a month on-call rotation, dispatched from home
• Growing your career!

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC service
• Universal EPA Certified
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation / repair of all residential and light commercial systems
• Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and make repair and replacement decisions
• Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial
• Ability to handle system startup and adjustments

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
