Job Description
We are hiring for Plumbing Working Foreman
Applicants must meet the following criteria before being considered for employment:
- Five years Foreman experience in commercial TI & New Construction experience in field plumbing operations; or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience. Need to be specialized in underground and dirt work.
- 5 years experience as a plumbing foreman.
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems installation.
- Must have basic tools for the trade.
- Must know blueprint reading and have layout and code skills.
- Must have experience with commercial, TI, and large jobsites.
- Must be comfortable using technology such as an iPad.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interface with field crew, customers, vendors, and other subcontractors.
- Communicate with builders to meet schedules and get details on jobs.
- Must present oneself in a professional and courteous manner.
- Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization.
- Attends, as needed, all job site and office meetings related to assigned tasks.
- Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision.
- Must have verifiable references.
- Med Gas Certification a Plus.
Some positions come with a company truck (A clean driving record is necessary).
