Demolition Foreman

Job Requirements

• You MUST have experience as a Foreman in the demolition industry.
• MUST have a Valid Unrestricted Driver’s License- MVR Record will be checked.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Schedules vary. We work nights, days, and weekends if necessary.
• You will be required to lift 50lbs or more, work off ladders & other equipment.
• We expect our leadership to be in the work area with the crew members.

• Scheduling crew members for assigned work
• Ordering daily tools and dumpsters for the job
• Following all OSHA guidelines and safe work practices
• Completing any daily paperwork
• Reading and comprehension of blueprints and job packets
• Proficiency in understanding an Asbestos Survey
• Attending any required meetings for the assigned projects
• Mentoring your crew members and assisting if needed
