Concrete Pump Operator

As a Concrete Pump Operator at Liquid Rock Pumping (LRP), a division of GFT Ready Mix, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining concrete pumps and related equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Get paid weekly!
• Hourly pay, between $32 - $37/hr, DOE

• Safely operate concrete pumps to deliver concrete to construction sites.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of equipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment, including minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with job site personnel to ensure proper placement and volume of concrete.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and other crew members.

Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with a clean driving record.

• Experience operating concrete pumps or similar equipment is required.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as required.
